Also held Regional management role in the development of various ‘B2B’ projects and e-HR | CRM initiatives across Asia, before the E-Business unit was outsourced in a corporate reshuffle at the end of 2001.

Completed an extensive redesign of corporate websites and developed regional website capabilities including several language specific sub-site(s). Drove the strategic development and standardisation of WCOM AP global Intranets and developed technical training and online marketing initiatives.

An 18 month contract with the Department of English to conceptualise, design, programme and maintain an international on-line student journalism publication; cyber-times.org (now closed). Also consulted on various multimedia and technology projects and drove research, evaluation and implementation of latest internet technologies.

Originally employed by the Department of English to teach a course in Multimedia Authoring to first and second year degree students. Subjects covered include Internet authoring, graphic design, html programming, various software, audio and video production and basic information architecture. Currently employed by the English Language Centre to train teachers and develop government-funded E-Learning and research grants such as WIILD - a Web-based Induction and Independent Learning Database and LAWS - a Legal English Writing Tool.

A demanding role primarily involving the development of the post-production facility (audio, editing and graphics) including research, evaluation and analysis of various items of digital broadcast and design equipment. Other responsibilities included global systems design and installation of innovative and cost-effective industry-wide solutions, the crucial liaison between Network Operations and Creative Services and production management for set | location filming.

Employed on short-term contract to initiate the progression into non-linear computer editing. Evaluated and implemented AVID, ImMix Videocube and Media 100 solutions. Other responsibilities involved production, editing and designing video-graphic elements for commercials, drama, and sports specials.

Graphic Designer
Freelance internship contract in the months leading up to the October launch. Assigned as part of an international design team responsible for designing station identity packages for several local entertainment channels. Trained on Quantel Paintbox, various character generators and 3D applications on Silicon Graphics and Apple Macintosh.
